Hey!
I am Yorick, a 27 years old guy from Germany who just finished his Masters in Milan, Italy.

I love photography and since I grew up in the forests of Germany, I photograph a lot of plants 😅
But lately I have been trying to expand my taking more pictures of my friends and documenting all kinds of memories. My second big love are probably concerts, both electronic and all kinds of twangy-sweaty guitar-sizzling stuff (rock, punk, metal, emo as rough directions). Raves are also always welcome, gotta get some use out of these legs while they're still under 30.

I did spend two years in Milan but fancy stuff is pretty irrelevant to me. I like down to earth people and so far my the skin on my fingers is still doing fine without ever having touched a Gucci bag.

In questi due anni ho anche imparato parlare italiano su un livello abbastanza bene però sono pronto per essere completamente stupito dai dialetti del sud. Fate il vostro peggio!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am mainly active here right now to explore the south of Italy on a budget, but I will be more than happy to host people once I am set up in Germany.

Would love to find people/be hosted by people who are happy to show me or give me some tips for nightlife or stuff like community culture centers (art, music, all of it, whatever). But I likely will want to check at least soooome tourist boxes as well haha

Definitely down to take some pictures with my analogue cameras! My friends even tell me they are pretty nice haha
Oh, and for a German my cooking really isn't that bad :)
