About Me

Hi there! My name is Andrew, and I am a clinical psychologist based in Oslo, Norway. My profession is not only my work, but also my passion, and I feel grateful to be able to help others through their mental health journey.

When I'm not at work, I enjoy exploring new places and immersing myself in different cultures. Traveling is a true hobby of mine, and I love learning about the unique foods and cuisines of each destination. I also enjoy staying active, whether it's through exercise, mountain trailing, ice-bathing or taking my motorbike for a spin.

I am someone who values balance and strive to maintain a healthy lifestyle, both physically and mentally. I believe in the importance of taking care of oneself in order to better support others, which is why I make a conscious effort to stay fit and active.

In my free time, I also enjoy reading about history, self-development, biographies and a range of other nonfiction books, as well as finding ways to continue learning and growing in my field. I am always eager to expand my knowledge and share my experiences with others.

Overall, I am a person who is driven, dedicated, and passionate about making a difference in people's lives. Whether through my work as a psychologist or through my personal interests, I am always striving to be a better version of myself and help others along the way.

I hope to meet interesting people on Couchsurfing and have great conversations with :-)
