CURRENT MISSION

(In 2015) make a really good research on reasons for lgbt hatred in Russia... (did it, it's published) ... in a long run..mm..to become as close as possible to the Buddha state of mind =)

(in 2022) still like the idea and the practice for the Buddha state of mind... and heart!

I love nature, being present, simple, playful with other humans. This deep connection that can be sensed in the meeting of the eyes or sitting in silence or laughing till belly cramps. And that's what 'm creating in my life. And also learning not to work so hard.

ABOUT ME

Hmmm.. Well I'm quite easy-going and adaptable, genuine, quirky, exploring and discovering all the time, adventurous, open, but sometimes shy, imperfect, learning to love more in every circumstance.

I love people and love to see beauty in everyone and everything, I live as green as possible for me, volunteer with LGBTQ teens and grownups of Russia and former Soviet Union countries, see beauty and divine everywhere, and I like to laugh and dance.. I don't know what more to write, it's difficult. :) People see me as calm, deep and shiny. But I have sometimes too much going on inside that doesn’t feel calm to me. And I’ve learned to embrace and sooth it.

I love embodying and empowering people. I'm a psychologist and osteopath. My German friend tells me that I'm also a poetic clown by nature =)). I teach useful tools if somatics, embodiment and psychology to grow, self-regulate. Used to be a lawyer, then had an existential crisis now did my Masters in Existential analysis with A. Langle (oh, I love him) - recommend reading his books and listening to lectures - they are so deep yet simple.

I cherish deep connection and real dialogue.

I'm caring and respect the boundaries of others.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I host and show around Moscow, surf and meet beautiful people, sharing ...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven't used couchsurfing.com before, but I did stay and live with locals in some cities, like Amsterdam, Ubud and Jimbaran, Barcelona, Berlin, Biarritz, Nice, Irkutsk, London, village in Hungary, St. Petersburg. That's the best experience!

Now I've had a couchsurfing experience in Amsterdam (in may 2014) through couchsurfing website - it is wonderful!!!

I don't have fresh reviews because I've been hosted this year in Brussels, Augsburg, Guatemala, Sofia (I was travelling since August 2021 till July 2022) were outside of CS.

And I did host 4 people (one became my friend and lived with me for 3 years), but they were also outside of CS.

People and particular persons, inner beauty of people and the world, nature, camping and hiking, art and photography, music (jazz, classics, drum'n'bass), Contact Improvisation, Contemporary dance, just dancing with the tunes i love. West Coast Swing. Improv theatre. Climbing and bouldering. Freediving. Surfing, Sk8.

I play a bit of percussion (darbuka, cahon) and khomus (vargan) and currently learning how to play cello and didgeridoo.

I also practice qi gung and meditation.
I love Chinese tea ceremony. And having heart-to heart conversations.

I love my work as psychologist, craniosacral therapist.

I practice and also make groups of Discipline of Authentic Movement.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Surfed in a storm, jumped off 30 meters cliff, trusted like never been hurt =)

Lost my passport in the woods of Hungary and found out about it in Austria)) Saw a train leaving with all my stuff inside =))

Babysat a wonderful 5 year-old boy David (Mahadewa) on Bali.

On the 29 of August 2013 had an eye contact with a baby boy Arjuna who had just been born!!!

Created, marketed and facilitated for students a badass year-long course teaching my system of therapy and counseling based on cutting edge methods from around the globe. That was my dream for 12 years))
